Our return policies vary based on the product line. Read below for details:
Dog Ramp Products
For our dog ramps, we can accept returns within 30 days of arrival of the item only in the following scenarios:
Cancellation: You want to cancel the order before it has beens shipped. In this case, you will receive a full refund with no penalties
You receive a damaged item: If a package was damaged during shipping, the item is oftentimes still okay (Dog Ramps are resilient). You must notify us of any damaged items within 24 hours or you will not be entitled to replacements. If the packaging for your item appears to be damaged, keep all the original packaging until you've decided whether or not a shipping insurance claim needs to be made. If any of the original packaging is thrown away, we cannot file a claim. Throwing away shipping materials or box contents waives your right to get your product replaced or repaired! If your product is not in good condition due to the damages that occurred during shipping and you have kept the original shipping materials, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package so that we can make a shipping insurance claim. We will confirm that you still have the original shipping materials and that the item was damaged during shipping, and after we have filed the forms and received the determination from their investigation, we will send out new parts or a new product at no cost to you if the shipping company's investigation finds it was their fault (not yours).
You received an item and want to return it: If you want to return an item, it must be unopened and in the original packaging. It must be shipped back to the manufacturer within 30 calendar days of arrival or you will not receive a refund.
Contact us before you ship the item back, so that we can get an RMA number from the manufacturer and provide instructions. You cannot get a refund without this.
If you follow the instructions and do those three things, then you will be able to choose between two refunds. That is, either you can get a full refund as store credit, or you can get a cash refund, which will cost you the cost of shipping the item in the first place (initially free), and a 10% restocking fee.
You refuse the delivery: If you refuse to accept the delivery of the item, then you will be charged the cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee, and will be refunded the difference.
If the item is damaged during shipping, a shipping insurance claim will need to be filed by us, and be approved before you can get a refund. If the insurance claim is not approved, you will not receive a refund.
You provide an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address: If you provide an address that the item cannot be delivered to and the item comes back to us, then we will return your payment, less a 10% restocking fee and the actual cost of shipping, which was free to you as a customer, but is not free if you do not receive the item due to your own fault.
Shears and Clippers:
We accept items returned within 14 days of arrival under the following conditions:
Cancellation: You want to cancel the order before it has been shipped. In this case, you will receive a full refund with no penalties
You receive a damaged or defective item: If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping or otherwise defective, you can return it for a full refund.
You simply wish to return it: If you want to return an item that is in perfect condition, you can receive a partial refund, less the cost of shipping, which was initially waived, and a 15% restocking fee.
You provide an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address: If you provide an address that the item cannot be delivered to and the item comes back to us, then we will return your payment, less the actual cost of shipping, which was free to you as a customer, but is not free if you do not receive the item due to your own fault, and less a 15% restocking fee.
